Paying should be the least memorable part of your order. Here is how checkout works, and what we do to keep it safe.
Accepted payment methods
At checkout you can pay with:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- Maestro
- PayPal
- Shop Pay
How and when you are charged
All prices are shown and charged in GBP. The full amount is authorised when you place the order and taken when the order is processed, not when the parcel ships. Your bank may briefly show a pre-authorisation before the final amount settles, which is normal.
Secure checkout
The checkout runs over an encrypted connection and is handled by our payment provider. Your card details are never stored on our own servers and we never see the full number.
Trouble at checkout?
If a payment is declined, check the card details and the billing address first, then ask your bank whether they blocked it. Still stuck? Email support@winstonsupplies.com and we will help you finish the order.
Keeping payments safe
Orders are screened for unusual activity before they go out. Very occasionally that means we ask you to confirm a detail by email before we ship, which protects you as much as it protects us. If we ever contact you about a payment, we will only ever ask you to confirm information you already gave us. We will never ask for your full card number, your PIN or a password, by email or otherwise.
