We keep delivery straightforward. One shipping rate for everyone, one set of timings, and no surprises waiting for you at the checkout.

Free delivery across the United Kingdom

Every order ships free anywhere in the United Kingdom, with no minimum spend and no weight surcharge. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay. For now we deliver within the United Kingdom only, so we can keep the service tight rather than spread thin.

Delivery times

Processing time: 1 to 3 business days
Transit time: 4 to 8 business days
Total delivery time: 5 to 11 business days

Order cut-off time

Orders placed before 6:00 PM UK time, Monday to Saturday enter processing the same working day. Anything after that joins the next working day's run. Sundays and public holidays are not counted as working days.

Tracking and updates

As soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse you get a confirmation email with a tracking link, so you can follow it the rest of the way. If a shipment runs late because of a busy period or bad weather, we write to you rather than leave you guessing.
