You do not need an account to browse this shop. Placing an order does mean accepting the terms below, so it is worth a read before you check out.

Winston Supplies sells everyday products across toys, car accessories, gadgets, smart home items and kitchen tools. These terms set out what you can expect from us and what we expect from you.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the shop. Where we write we, us or our, we mean Novaro. Any feature or product we add later falls under these same terms.

This shop runs on Shopify, which provides the technical platform and the checkout that let us sell to you online.

SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE CONDITIONS

By using this shop you confirm that you are at least the age of majority where you live, or that you have permission from a parent or guardian. You may not use our products for any illegal purpose, and you may not breach any law that applies to you while using the service. A breach of any of these terms ends your right to use the shop immediately.

If you are shopping on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to do so and that the order is placed within the scope of that authority.

SECTION 2 - GENERAL CONDITIONS

We may refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any lawful reason. You agree not to copy, resell or exploit any part of the shop without our written permission. Content you submit, apart from payment details, may travel unencrypted across networks, which is how the internet works. Payment details are always sent over an encrypted connection.

The headings in this agreement are there for convenience and do not limit or otherwise affect the terms themselves. Nothing in these terms creates a partnership, an agency or an employment relationship between us.

SECTION 3 - CONTENT ACCURACY AND TIMELINESS

We do our best to keep the information on this site current, but some of it is general and provided for convenience. Do not rely on it as your only source when a decision matters. We are under no obligation to update it, although we usually do.

Any material on this site that carries a date should be read as correct on that date and not necessarily afterwards. If you spot something that looks out of date, tell us and we will check it.

SECTION 4 - CHANGES TO PRODUCTS AND PRICES

Prices can change without notice. We may modify or discontinue a product at any time. We are not liable to you or anyone else for a change, a price adjustment or a discontinued item.

SECTION 5 - PRODUCT INFORMATION

We describe every item as accurately as we can and photograph it as it is. Colours can look different from one screen to the next, and measurements are approximate unless we state otherwise. Availability is limited to stock on hand, and we may limit quantities per order.

Where a product needs batteries, a power supply or consumables that are not listed as included, assume they are not in the box. Where a product is sold as a set, the number of pieces stated on the product page is what you receive.

We may change the specification of a product where the manufacturer does so, provided the change does not reduce the quality or the function of the item.

SECTION 6 - ACCOUNT AND PAYMENT INFORMATION

You agree to give current, complete and accurate details at checkout, and to keep them up to date so we can deliver your order and contact you about it. We may cancel an order that looks like it was placed by a dealer or reseller.

If the delivery address you give us is incomplete or wrong and the parcel comes back to us, we will contact you to arrange a resend. Where a second attempt is needed for that reason, we may ask you to cover the postage.

You are responsible for keeping any account credentials confidential and for anything that happens under them.

SECTION 7 - THIRD-PARTY TOOLS AND SERVICES

The shop uses third party tools we do not control, provided as they are and as available. Using them is your choice, and it is worth reading the terms of that provider before you do.

We are not liable for anything arising from your use of an optional third party tool, and any new service or feature added to the shop later falls under these terms as well.

SECTION 8 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND CONTENT

Some links lead to sites we have nothing to do with. We do not vet their content and we are not responsible for what happens there. Any complaint about a third party site belongs with that third party.

SECTION 9 - USER CONTRIBUTIONS AND FEEDBACK

If you send us ideas, suggestions or other material, we may use, edit and publish them without restriction and without owing you anything. We are not obliged to keep them confidential, to pay compensation for them, or to respond to them at all.

You agree that anything you send us will not violate the rights of a third party and will not contain unlawful, abusive or otherwise objectionable material. You are solely responsible for what you submit and for its accuracy. We may edit or remove any contribution at our discretion.

SECTION 10 - PERSONAL INFORMATION

Your personal data is handled as described in our Privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

SECTION 11 - ERRORS, INACCURACIES, AND OMISSIONS

Occasionally a listing carries a typing error, a wrong price or an out of date description. We reserve the right to correct such an error and to cancel an order placed on the strength of it, refunding you in full.

We are under no obligation to update information on the site except as required by law, and no stated update date should be taken to mean that everything on the site has been reviewed on that date.

SECTION 12 - UNACCEPTABLE USES

You may not use the shop:

a. for any unlawful purpose
b. to ask others to take part in anything unlawful
c. to breach any regulation, rule or local law
d. to infringe our intellectual property rights or those of anyone else
e. to harass, abuse, insult, defame or discriminate against anyone
f. to submit false or misleading information
g. to upload or transmit viruses or any other malicious code
h. to collect or track the personal information of others
i. to send spam, phish, pharm or scrape the site
j. for any obscene or immoral purpose
k. to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the service

SECTION 13 - DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We cannot guarantee that your use of the shop will be uninterrupted or error free. The service and the products are provided as they are and as available, except where the law says otherwise. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the shop. Nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer, and nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded but can be limited, our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, extreme weather and industrial action.

SECTION 14 - INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Novaro and its staff against any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, brought by a third party because you breached these terms or the law.

SECTION 15 - SEVERABILITY

If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, that part is severed and the rest stays in force.

SECTION 16 - TERMINATION

These terms run until either of us ends them. You may end them by ceasing to use the shop. We may end them if you fail to comply, and you remain liable for amounts owed up to that point.

Obligations that by their nature should survive termination, including any outstanding payment, the indemnity and the liability provisions, continue to apply after these terms end.

SECTION 17 - COMPLETE AGREEMENT

These terms, together with the policies published on this site, form the whole agreement between us and replace anything agreed earlier. Any ambiguity is not to be read against us simply because we drafted them.

If we do not enforce a right under these terms straight away, that does not mean we have given it up. We can still enforce it later.

SECTION 18 - GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands, where our company is registered. This does not take away the protection given to you by the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in, including the United Kingdom. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your own country of residence continue to apply to you, and nothing in these terms takes those protections away.

Disputes we cannot resolve between us may be brought before the competent court in the Netherlands, without prejudice to your right to bring proceedings in the country where you live.

SECTION 19 - CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE

The current version is always on this page. We may update it, and continued use of the shop after a change means you accept the updated version. It is your responsibility to check this page from time to time.

Where a change materially affects an order you have already placed, the version of the terms in force when you ordered is the one that applies to that order.

SECTION 20 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Return window: 60 days from delivery to request a return, well beyond the statutory 14 day cancellation period, which continues to apply alongside it.

Condition: unused, original condition, original packaging.

No restocking fees: we never charge one.

How to start a return: email support@winstonsupplies.com with your order number.

Return shipping: paid by you unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges: available on request.

Refunds: processed within 7 business days of receipt and inspection, to the original payment method.
