Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days and carriers need a further 4 to 8, so most packages arrive in 5 to 11 business days.
Returns & Refunds
You have 60 days from delivery to send something back, unused and in its original packaging. We never deduct a restocking fee.
Refunds are issued within 7 business days of the return arriving and passing inspection.

How much is delivery?
Nothing. Every order ships free anywhere in the United Kingdom, whatever the size and whatever you spend.
When will it turn up?
Allow 5 to 11 business days in total: 1 to 3 for processing and another 4 to 8 in transit. Order before 6:00 PM UK time, Monday to Saturday, and processing starts the same working day.
What if I want to send it back?
You have 60 days from delivery. Email support@winstonsupplies.com with your order number and we send you the return address and take it from there. There is never a restocking fee.
How do I pay?
Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, PayPal and Shop Pay. Everything is priced and charged in GBP, over an encrypted checkout.
Do you deliver outside the United Kingdom?
Not yet. We ship within the United Kingdom only, which is how we can keep delivery free and the timings honest.
