Where to use it
Hang it on the shower arm for a cold rinse after a run, a gym session or a hot day. It goes on and comes off in seconds, so the rest of the household can shower as usual.
Questions
Will it fit my shower? It clips onto a standard round shower arm. Check that your shower has a fixed arm rather than a hose only.
Does it come with ice? No. Fill it from your own freezer.
Where do I keep it? The body folds, so it stores flat in a bathroom cupboard.
Shipping & Delivery
Every order shipped within the United Kingdom travels free, with no minimum spend. Customs duties and other import charges, where they apply, are not included in the price and are paid by the customer.
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days and carriers need a further 4 to 8 business days, so parcels arrive in 5 to 11 business days.
Once your parcel is on its way, we email you a tracking link so you can follow it to your door.
Returns & Refunds
You have 60 days from delivery to request a return for anything unused and in its original packaging. Your statutory right to cancel still applies; our Refund policy explains how it works. There is never a restocking fee, and you start a return by emailing support@winstonsupplies.co with your order number.
Return postage is paid by you. If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, you do not need to send it back. We send you a new one free of charge. If that product is no longer available, you get a full refund instead. Your statutory rights are not affected. You can also ask for an exchange.
Refunds are issued within 7 days of the return arriving with us.

Visa, Mastercard and Maestro, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay are accepted. Payments are encrypted from start to finish, and our own servers never hold your full card number.

Allow 5 to 11 business days in total: 1 to 3 business days for processing and another 4 to 8 business days in transit. Order before 18:00 UK time and processing starts the same business day, and a tracking link follows by email once your parcel is on its way.
What if I want to send it back?
