A contoured memory foam lumbar cushion that fills the gap between your lower back and the seat, so you are not resting against a flat backrest. The strap holds it in place in a car seat or on an office chair.

Where to use it
Strap it to the driver's seat for the commute, to an office chair for the working day, or to a dining chair used as a desk chair at home. The strap fits round most seat backs.

Does it stay in place? Yes. The adjustable strap buckles round the seat back, so it does not slide when you get in and out.
Can I wash the cover? Yes. The mesh cover unzips and goes in the wash.

Shipping & Delivery
Every order shipped within the United Kingdom travels free, with no minimum spend. Customs duties and other import charges, where they apply, are not included in the price and are paid by the customer.
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days and carriers need a further 4 to 8 business days, so parcels arrive in 5 to 11 business days.
Once your parcel is on its way, we email you a tracking link so you can follow it to your door.
Returns & Refunds
You have 60 days from delivery to request a return for anything unused and in its original packaging. Your statutory right to cancel still applies; our Refund policy explains how it works. There is never a restocking fee, and you start a return by emailing support@winstonsupplies.co with your order number.
Return postage is paid by you. If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, you do not need to send it back. We send you a new one free of charge. If that product is no longer available, you get a full refund instead. Your statutory rights are not affected. You can also ask for an exchange.
Refunds are issued within 7 days of the return arriving with us.

Allow 5 to 11 business days in total: 1 to 3 business days for processing and another 4 to 8 business days in transit. Order before 18:00 UK time and processing starts the same business day, and a tracking link follows by email once your parcel is on its way.
What if I want to send it back?
Returns can be requested up to 60 days after delivery, and there is never a restocking fee. Send your order number to support@winstonsupplies.co to get one started.
